Graduated from the Clinical Medicine Department of Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 1994, HE Pei is a chief physician, M.M., national secondary psychological consultant and Hangzhou “131” Young and Middle-Aged Talent; has been engaged in clinical practice of obstetrics and gynecology for 20 years, and mainly in clinical obstetrics for recent 9 years; boasts rich experience in diagnosis and rescue of dystocia and proficiency in various obstetrical surgeries with excellent skills; has pursued further study at Obstetrics and gynecology and Reproductive Genetic Counseling Clinic of Women’s Hospital School of Medicine Zhejiang University and accumulated extensive clinical experience in diagnosis and treatment of obstetrical and gynecological diseases; was rated as 2013 “1,000 Excellent” Health Guardian of Hangzhou Health System; currently serves as member of Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of Hangzhou Medical Association and chairman of Hangzhou Municipal Association for Improving Birth Outcome and Child Development.

Excel at diagnosis and treatment and rescue of obstetric critical illness, pregnancy complications and dystocia; have led two Hangzhou municipal scientific and research subjects and won the third prize of Hangzhou Medical and Health Science and Technology Innovation; Have published one SCI paper and over 10 papers in journals at provincial and state levels.
