She went to the Chemnitz Hospital in Germany for further study in 2009, studied modern hospital administration in School of Management Zhejiang University in 2013, paid academic visits to University of Montpellier and University of Nîmes in France in July 2015, obtained the EIRPP Certificate (Level 2), and was honored as the Sixth “Top Ten Outstanding Young Talents” of Taizhou, “One Hundred Post Pacemakers” of Zhejiang Province, and “151” Talents of Zhejiang Province. 

Boasting 24 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology, LI Xiangjuan is an expert in diagnosis and treatment of infertility, menstrual disorder, uracratia, vaginal relaxation, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pelvic pain and other diseases and specializes in transvaginal minimally invasive surgery, reproductive plastic surgery. She has successfully performed over 1,000 surgeries including among others the transvaginal uterine scar diverticulum neoplasty, TVT (TVT-O), perineal old laceration repair, Manchester operation, sacrospinous ligament suspension and uterosacral ligament suspension. Among them, transvaginal bilateral sacrospinous ligament suspension (uterine reserved) for uterovaginal prolapse has been the first one in Zhejiang Province and represents the leading technology in China. LI Xiangjuan has also led the team to establish the Hangzhou Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction Diagnosis & Treatment Center, which has become the Training Center for Chinese Female Pelvic Floor Disease Prevention and Treatment Program of Chinese Preventive Medicine Association.
