CHEN Changgui successively served as an expert of the Third and Fourth Rounds of Graded Hospital Accreditation & Management Panel in Zhejiang Province; is specialized in lean management of hospital; has conducted scientific research and practice in logistics management information construction, hospital security and quality service defense system, hospital 5S/6S management system application, JCI accreditation, employee performance assessment and other aspects, thus making the hospital’s logistics management in the forefront of China; is skilled at general medicine and joint diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases; was awarded Master of Science in Oncology from School of Medicine Zhejiang University in 2008 and MHA from Flinders University, Australia and Nankai University in 2013; is former director of Outpatient Office and Logistics Service Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine and currently the vice president of Hangzhou Women’s Hospital; was honored as “Advanced Individual in Service Assurance for G20” and Advanced Individual of Hangzhou Economic and Cultural Security (Second-Class Merit), etc.

Completed 11 research projects of the Science Technology Department, Health Department and other departments; published 12 articles in domestic and foreign journals; led 3 continuing education projects.  

Editor of JCI Journey of Hangzhou Women’s Hospital, and Guidelines for Emergency Management of Hospital Logistics; co-editor of JCI Strategy of Accreditation: 100 Tips for Improving Hospital Quality and Security, Creatively Study and Application of PDCA, Green hospital Energy Saving Practical Manual and other books on lean hospital administration.
